I work with people of all different backgrounds and experiences and offer specialized support to parents and caregivers.

With over two decades of impact in nonprofits and community- and labor-organizing, I am a consultant to organizations of all types; a public speaker and trainer; and certified life and leadership coach. I am trained and have served as a Professional Interim Executive. Providing day-to-day management to the organization, I bridge all facets of the organization between two permanent executives. In addition to acting as the chief executive officer on a short-term basis, I help the organization prepare to welcome its next long-term leader through custom assessments and interventions.
